CINDY LASHES / YOUR INFORMATION

Your privacy.

A clear look at the information used by this site, the reasons for using it and the choices available to you.

This page describes current site features. Availability depends on the browser, connected services and studio settings.

Your visit and site activity

We record first-party activity such as pages visited, services viewed, video or gallery interactions, AI questions and booking starts. Records can include an IP address, a random visit identifier, device/browser/operating-system information, referring site/path and campaign tags. This helps the studio understand use of the site and review security.

Appointments and contact details

When you submit appointment details or the studio creates a booking for you, the information can include your name, email, phone, selected service, requested time and appointment notes. Private booking records are for the authorized studio team. Completing a form or choosing a time does not by itself confirm an appointment.

Cindy AI and generated voice

Approved studio answers can be served from the studio’s own knowledge library. Other AI messages and limited conversation context may be sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Reply text may be sent for AI-generated speech; generated audio can be cached for repeat playback. The assistant is virtual. Please avoid card numbers, passwords and sensitive health details in messages.

Optional browser dictation

Dictation starts when you choose the microphone control and your browser allows microphone access. The browser or its speech provider processes the audio; availability depends on the browser. Our site uses the resulting text and does not save a microphone recording. When dictation finishes, the transcript can be submitted like a typed message. You can type instead or change permission in Site settings > Microphone.

Preferences, cookies and private access

Browser storage remembers preferences such as the site language and visit identifiers. The private team panel uses a session cookie for sign-in and security. Hosting and security services also process connection information needed to serve and protect the site. You can clear site storage and manage cookies in your browser; doing so may reset preferences or sign you out.

Who can access information

Authorized studio owners and administrators can access private records. Necessary hosting/security, AI and enabled email services process data for their respective features. Booking contacts and raw IP records are not public gallery content. The public site shows the neighborhood and ZIP code; the studio’s private arrival address is kept out of public catalog and approved AI answers.

Retention and your choices

Raw site analytics have a default retention of 30 days; the authorized team can configure 7–365 days. Appointment, operational and provider records can follow separate retention. Use the studio’s usual contact channel to ask about information associated with you or an image in the gallery.

Payments, email and social publishing

Online checkout is not connected at present. The site does not collect or store card numbers and does not automatically charge a card. An external payment can be recorded manually by the studio; that record is not a new charge. Do not put payment credentials in booking or AI forms. Email and social delivery depend on enabled connections, working mode and studio authorization. Example/demo modes do not send real messages or publish posts.

Questions about your information?

Contact the studio through the channel you normally use to arrange your visit. Do not include card details or passwords.
